Bart Gaffey was a general in the Star League Defense Force during the Amaris Coup.
History[edit]
Then-Major General Bart Gaffey was serving as Jack Lucas' Chief of Staff during the 2767–2769 Rim Worlds campaign before becoming deputy commander of the Fourth Army. Gaffey was selected by Commanding General Aleksandr Kerensky to replace Lucas for the North America campaign of Operation LIBERATION after hard evidence of the Third Army's role in atrocities against Republican troops came to light. General Gaffey had only two weeks to prepare the Third for its next assignment, which was landfall on North America's western coast in the second week of March 2779.[1]
