C3 categories

I am working on filling out C3 categories for Vehicles like the ones Mecha already have, but I was wondering where in the list of categories to put them. Should it be in with the roles before faction or should I be placing them at the end? I was also wondering if it is appropriate to create categories for other special electronics such as TAG or ECM.
