Star Commander Bic was a Clan Wolf aerospace fighter pilot during Operation REVIVAL.[1]

Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Bic served in the Fifth Fighter Star of Trinary Fifth Garrison within the Nega Garrison Cluster under Star Colonel Evon.[1]
Bic was killed during the fighting on Tukayyid.[1]
