Major Elam Saenger was the commander of the Command Lance, Third Company, Second Battalion of the 4th Kavalleri as of 3063.[1]

In 3063, Saenger participated in the deep raid by the 4th Kavalleri on Altenmarkt in the Clan Wolf Occupation Zone, where his unit successfully engaged and destroyed one Star from the Altenmarkt Solahma Garrison and one Star from the First Wolf Assault Cluster.[1]
