General Eliud Felischhauer was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 12th Army from at least 2764 to 2765.[1][2]
History
Early Career
A native of the Capellan Confederation world of Warlock, Felischhauer earned a scholarship to attend Krieg Universitat, before commencing a 40 year career with the SLDF. Starting as a BattleMech Lance commander, and working up the ranks via dozens of combat engagements, Felischhauer finally became the CO of 12th Army sometime before 2764.

During the New Vandenberg Uprising, as the 12th Army's Rim World Republic posting was notionally peaceful, Felischhauer and his troops where transferred to the Magistracy of Canopus, where they engaged in operations and suffered moderate losses.[2]
