Sang-shao Felix Krishnamurthy was the commander of the Second Liao Guards, with the Capellan Confederation, from at least 3145 to 3149.[1][2]

Krishnamurthy, with the Second Liao Guards, was based on Hsien and Nanking as of 3145.[1] By 3149, Krishnamurthy and Second Liao Guards were on Hall, garrisoning the world after its capture from the Republic of the Sphere.[2][3]
