Gunther's Grenadiers

History
Gunther's Grenadiers were one of several mercenary units in a "large contingent" of mercenaries that House Davion sent to raid Spica in 2970, with other named commands in the action including Brighton's Irregulars and Deidre's Destroyers. The mercenaries were surprised and all but destroyed by House Liao's Red Lancers together with the Prefectorate Guard, netting the defending Capellan Confederation forces sixteen salvaged 'Mechs of all types.[1]
