Notes

  • When Clan Wolverine was subject to the Trial of Annihilation, in addition to the Clan itself, all its bloodname houses and heritages were destroyed, including sibkos of other clans with Wolverine DNA. Non-military Wolverine assets were distributed to other clans, including its civilians, who were forcibly sterilized. Large numbers of Wolverine civilians and second-line troops - and Khan Sarah McEvedy - were never accounted for. Officially, this was considered bad book keeping, but it's widely believed that survivors managed to effect a third Exodus.
  • As far as Clan history records, ilKhan Nicholas Kerensky never accepted Hallis' appointment to Wolverine saKhan nor his elevation to Khan following the apparent death of Khan Sarah McEvedy; the fact that Kerensky honored Hallis as "Khan Franklin Harris" on his gravestone on Barbados following the genocide of his Clan and Hallis' execution was purged along with the entire true story of the Clan Wolverine Annihilation.[2]
  • This bloodname is also at the center of the Bloodright RPG adventure: Shortly after the Battle of Tukayyid 228 years later Clan Steel Viper found that one Com Guard MechWarrior Bordon Hallis whom they had killed in battle at Devil's Bath had been a descendant of SLDF General Frederick Hallis (Franklin Hallis' father), and was survived by three children. This sparks a manhunt when the Steel Vipers feel honor-bound to track down every last living relative of this bloodline and terminate them with extreme prejudice.
