Harri Golan was Lord Governor for Prefecture VI of the Republic of the Sphere during 3134, and signed a nonaggression pact with House Liao during the Capellan Confederation incursion into the Republic of the Sphere.
As part of the nonaggression pact Lord Governor Golan traded the worlds of Yunnah and Second Try to Daoshen Liao, in exchange for a cessation of hostilities with the Oriente Protectorate and the Capellan Confederation.[1][2]
Lord Governor Golan was also suspected of collusion in the attempted assassination of Duke Aaron Sandoval, Lord Governor of Prefecture IV, on New Canton in 3134.[3]
