Description

Herat is one of the four worlds of the Khwarazm Empire, located coreward from the Inner Sphere.

Herat is a mountainou world covered with large desert areas, with temperatures slightly warmer than Terra. Khwarazmi technology is well below that of the Inner Sphere.

The Khwarazmi people are poor, subsistence farmers, while the merchant ruling class lived in relative opulence. This all changed after the Clan Invasion, as Clan Jade Falcon severely courtailed the ruling's hand freedoms.

The Explorer Corps wanted to infiltrate some spies to gather intelligence on clan movements through the region, while also supporting anti-Clan resistance in the empire.[1]

Notes

Considering they were used by the Jade Falcons, and what has happened to the rest of the Coreward posessions of the Inner Sphere Clans....

With regards,
