Description

Designed specifically for security work for Irian BattleMechs Unlimited, the Inquisitor II is a advanced IndustrialMech first introduced during the Dark Age era. The design is the successor to the original and smaller Inquisitor, which was also used exclusively to safeguard the mega corporation's production facilities.[3]

Weapons and Equipment

Armed similarly to a BattleMech, the design features many aspects that militarized combat units usually are equipped. At the heard of the machine is a Fusion Engine, giving modest maximum speed of 64 kph. The Inquisitor II is armored strength similarly that of a Light BattleMech. To aid in it's main task of security, the Inquisitor is equipped with a Beagle Active Probe, to be able help it's detect intruders.

To be able hold its own against militarized intruders, the 'Mech is armed with a Light Class 5 Autocannon in it's right arm. It's weapon is feed by two ammo bays, allowing it's pilot to load it different ammunition types. In close range, where it's autocannon is not as accurate, the 'Mech relies on it's 4-tube Short Range Missile launcher with a ton of ammunition. The ammo for the 'Mech's weapons is protected by a CASE II, giving the design some degree survivability should it's ammo be detonated in combat. While lastly, it's most advance weapon help disable intruders, is it's TSEMP Cannon. The Tight-Stream-Electro-Magnetic-Pulse Cannon allows for the Inquistor II use it's fusion engine to distrupt enemy's electronics and possibly shutdown the enemy combatant.[4]
