Star Colonel Jan von Jankmon was the commander of Clan Jade Falcon's Eighteenth Falcon Regulars, and Bloodnamed warrior of the Von Jankmon Bloodhouse, from at least 3145 to 3147.[1][2][3]

History

Von Jankmon, with the Eighteenth Falcon Regulars, was based on Leskovik as of 3145.[1] He was still based on this world in June 3147, when it was attacked by Clan Hell's Horses' Seventy-first Mechanized Cavalry Cluster as part of Operation NOYAN. The Falcons were successful in their defense of Leskovik however, ejecting the Hell's Horses, and leaving only scattered units who missed their DropShip off-world and unusual salvage for von Jankmon and the Regulars to mop up.

These scattered units included an Eurus MBT commanded by a Star Commander Jerrica, who became separated from her Trinary in the planet’s northern tundra, where she befriended the local nomadic inhabitants and continually defeated Falcon forces sent by Star Colonel von Jankmon to run her to ground. These included a Star of solahma BattleMechs, who never returned, leading a frustrated Star Colonel to consider Jerrica to be dezgra.[2]

The unusual salvage captured, including a heavily damaged Boreas QuadVee, which the Eighteenth Falcon Regulars Technicians initially wished to scrap. Star Captain Arielle Chistu however convinced them to partially repair it to operate in a single mode as a tank, though she was unable to convince her commander Jan von Jankmon to allow her to Trial for a Hell's Horses Technician to restore its conversion ability.[3]
