Leutnant Laura Finster was a Lyran Commonwealth MechWarrior during the First Succession War.[1][2]

History[edit]

Finster was born on Stanley, while it was still a part of the Rim Worlds Republic, who later became a Lyran citizen following their annexation of that world. As an adult she joined the LCAF and became a MechWarrior.[1][2]

First Succession War[edit]

In 2790, as a rookie MechWarrior, Finster and her regiment were included in the Lyran forces which sought to recover the Bolan Thumb from the Free Worlds League. During the fighting on Radostov in 2793, Finster was credited with two 'Mech and seven vehicle kills, as well as downing a Marik aerospace fighter while it was attempting to bomb Kommandant-General Aric Hasseldorf’s mobile command center. As a reward for her actions, Finster was promoted to Leutnant, and given a slot in Hasseldorf's command lance.[1][2]

BattleMech[edit]

Laura Finster was known to pilot a BWP-3A Ymir BattleMech.[1][2]
