Lucius Ueda was a former member of the 1st Altenmarkt Militia who joined Luukas Ranta in forming the pirate band known as Ranta's Bandits.[1]
History
Lucius Ueda was a resident of the Rasalhague Military District that was drawn into service of House Kurita, assigned to the 1st Altenmarkt Militia. He was loyal to Tai-sa Luukas Ranta. When the Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery attempted to silence Ranta's anti-Kurita behavior, Ueda followed him to the outer reaches of the Combine. He became Ranta's second-in-command.[1]
Shortly after Ranta's Bandits invaded a farming community on Irece, the DCMS hired mercenaries to hunt them down. Ueda attempted to hide on a stormy world in Outer Volta; he died in the fighting but others were able to escape off-world.[1]
