Overview
Sebastian Tseng commanded a Black Dragon Society cell operating in the so-called Lower Class Kuritan Worlds region of the Rasalhague Military District that began to escalate tensions with Rasalhague elements in the area. The Internal Security Force would hire the mercenary unit commanded by Jake Mason to deal with the problem, ultimately culminating in a successful mission to assassinate Tseng on Sternwerde.[1]
