History
The Stone Hearts was 'Mech unit that Sara Heart inherited from his father. Under her command the unit largely become a means to fulfill Sara Heart's eccentric hobby - collecting famous and rare BattleMechs.
The unit had been hired to garrison the Arc-Royal Defense Cordon world of Great X in the late 3050s, where she met the dashing and handsome Johann Rose, from the Briar Patch Guard. Both commanders fell in love and married following a whirlwind romance, combining their commands into the Black Heart Roses.[1][2]
