Nature of the location
It is unknown to me if Eiga-toshi represents a city or suburb of Imperial City or a facility on the outskirts of the city where movies (or other entertainment media) are made. To any editors having read Black Dragon, assistance would be appreciated in defining this.--Revanche (talk|contribs) 07:06, 17 March 2012 (PDT)
