Tomiko Kagi was a member of the 14th Legion of Vega as of 3050.[1]
History
Kagi was part of the 14th Legion of Vega on Turtle Bay in March 3050, at which time that world was attacked by Clan Smoke Jaguar. Kagi was a survivor of Combine's defeat during the Battle of Turtle Bay, and the subsequent massacre of the population of the city of Edo. He later provided a statement, which came into the possession of Wolfnet, outlining some of the atrocities committed by Smoke Jaguar troops in Edo in the days after the invasion.[1]
