Banri Takenaka was a Draconis Combine MechWarrior. He died in the Seventh Ghost Regiment's disastrous 3150 invasion of Emporia.[1]
History[edit]
Banri Takenaka was recruited to the Seventh Ghost by Aamir Shree. He worked hard to rise in the ranks, and by 3150, Banri served alongside Aamir, Chima Wakizaka, and Kei Nagano in the unit's premiere BattleMech lance, the Suwari lance.[1]
On 15 April 3150, during the invasion of Emporia, the Suwari lance was ambushed on patrol and destroyed by the planet's elite noble defenders. Banri died fighting.[1]
BattleMechs[edit]
Banri piloted a Hitotsume Kozo.[1]
Notes[edit]
- In Ghost Hour, Banri's rank is given as the nonexistent Gun-cho, an ambiguous typo that could refer to a gunsho or a go-cho. However, he is noted to be the lowest ranked in his lance. With a gunsho in the lance, the typo can be resolved.
