Overview[edit]
Mere months after Clan Ice Hellion put the Arctic Cheetah into full production at the Foster MechWorks Facility Beta facility on Foster, Clan Smoke Jaguar issued a Trial of Possession for the factory. The Smoke Jaguars prevailed.[1][2]
Aftermath[edit]
Having secured the production facility for the Arctic Cheetah, by the Battle of Tukayyid it had become ubiquitous in light Stars within the Smoke Jaguar touman.[1][2]
Clan Ice Hellion managed to regain control of the factory at some point, though it struggled to gain popularity among the Ice Hellions as the Hellion had released in the interim.[1][2]

The reconquest of the facility is undated, but the Hellion debuted in 3059 and the first mention of the Hellions regaining the facility appeared in a document dated 3070.[1] Interestingly, a 3052 document states Clan Smoke Jaguar held no holdings on Foster in that year, it is unknown if that document is in error, if the facility "didn't count," or if Clans Coyote or Fire Mandrill obtained possession of the facility before the Hellions regained it.[3] The reported Political Balance would not change between 3052 and 3067.[3][4][5][6]
