In 3067, Lord-Colonel Brendon Sinclair was sent by Archon Peter Steiner-Davion to Arc-Royal. Peter assigned Sinclair to the post following the signing of the Arc-Royal Protocols, which recognized the Exiles as a sovereign ally residing within the Lyran Alliance. He carried out this task by joining the Exiles in their training missions at every opportunity.[1]
