The Carver V Planetary Militia was the militia assigned to Carver V. During the chaos of Operation Guerrero, in 3058 the militia forced to fight Liao separatists, which they did to great effect. To help them, the Free Worlds League sent the Angels of No Mercy, a mercenary heavy aerospace unit that was able to force them out Korce, the planet's capital in less that two weeks mauling severely them in the process.
After that, the unit found itself split between calls from the Lyran Alliance and the Federated Suns, hampering their efforts to keep the planet[1], which finally fell to the Word of Blake in 3068.[2]
