History[edit]
In June 3087, while on patrol, Chris stumbled across the drop location for one of kidnapper Jill Jade's ransom payments. He engaged the kidnapper in a cross-city Pompier-Pompier duel, taking care to protect civilians along the way. Eventually, he incapacitated and captured the kidnapper, launching him into short-lived fame. He was offered an upgrade to a Stinger, which he refused. A bitter divorce from his wife Winifred revealed that General Motors provided financial incentives to avoid upgrading.[1]
In the years after the arrest, Chris's fame declined. After his divorce, he tried to sustain it through acting, starring in a local holovid action series, Target Acquired. It lasted only five episodes before cancellation, leading into Chris falling into depression.[1]
Chris died of cirrhosis of the liver in 3099.[1]
'Mechs[edit]
Chris piloted a GM-4P Pompier PoliceMech.[1]
