Chris "Rockhound" Miller was a geologist working within the Republic of the Sphere in the 3090s.[1]
History[edit]
Miller was assigned to be the geologist, for a high-endurance test drive of a Shackleton AESV on an asteroid, for its Interstellar Expeditions aligned manufacturer Donovan-Miter in the early 3090s.
However during the testing of the All-Environment Survey Vehicle, the psychological strain of extreme environmental experience caused Miller to override the gunner’s machine gun controls, to start randomly firing at imagined aliens. While the incident thankfully did not cause any fatalities, it did cause psychology testing to become routine for Shackleton crew training.[1]
