Major General Clifton O'Hagan was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 183rd Royal Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Following the withdrawal of the 183rd Royal Mechanized Infantry Division from the Rim Worlds Republic, due to the Birthday Proclamations, Major General O'Hagan and his Division mustered on the Lyran Commonwealth world of Liezen.
However, due to them missing more 20% of their equipment, they came under SLDF JAG investigation as to the location of this gear. While O'Hagan insisted it must have been lost due to a misjump during transit, as a result of the near insubordination of Colonel Harris Hardison of the 9934rd Mechanized Infantry Regiment on initially hearing the orders to leave the Rim Worlds, JAG investigations (and Twentieth Army's command staff) believed it was caused by Hardison going AWOL to return to the Republic to continue the fight against anti-League elements there.[1]
