Dale Fusek was the commanding officer of the First Kestrel Grenadiers' Armor Brigade as of 3067.[1]

Major Fusek, serving as the commander of the First Kestrel Grenadiers Artillery Battalion, was stationed on Zurich in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Fusek was promoted to major general and given command of the First Kestrel Grenadiers Armor Brigade on Kathil by 3067.[1]
