General Dominic Travers was the commander of the Sixth Crucis Lancers, with the Federated Suns, from at least 3145 until his death in 3151.[2][3]

Caleb Davion[edit]
Reluctantly relocated to Meinrad with the Sixth, as of 3145 Travers resented First Prince Caleb Davion's handling of the war with the Draconis Combine. Though he was slightly more respectful towards Regent Erik Sandoval-Groell, he viewed him as a Caleb sycophant, and had an an even lower view of Sandoval's plan to blunt the Combine's invasion. Travers was a proponent of attacking the Combine's logistics along the Dragon's Tongue instead.[4]
Battle of New Avalon[edit]
In 3151 Travers participated in the Battle of New Avalon, under the command of Erik Sandoval-Groell, though Sandoval-Groell believed Travers had been placed under him in order to feed information back on his loyalty to Julian Davion. Travers was however caught in a nighttime counterattack by the Genyosha in early July, and was killed, being replaced as CO of the Sixth Crucis by Colonel David Bridgewater.[3][1]
