Hugh Chayama was the commanding officer of the 512th Cobra Guards of Clan Cloud Cobra as of 3072.[1]

Star Colonel Chayama, serving with the 512th Cobra Guards, commanded the 3072 Trial of Reaving against the Clan Hell's Horses sibko training facilities on Niles. Facing the defending 412th Mechanized Strike Cluster, Chayama's forces ultimately destroyed most of the Horses defenders and killed all of the 300-plus warriors in training on-planet, although they missed the opportunity to eliminate Loremaster Temuchin Amirault.[1]
