Jeffery Fiscus was a reporter working for Voice of the Dragon as of 3078.[1]

Fiscus attended a press conference held by Marcel Webb on Kittery on 30 April 3078, at which he announced Stone's Coalition had captured and planned to prosecute pro-Word of Blake figure Giovanni Estrella de la Sangre. During the Press Conference, Fiscus asked Webb if the proposed trials would operate on the presumption of innocent, which Webb was not able to confirm.[1]
