Sang-shao Klement Yan was the commander of the Third Victoria Rangers, with the Capellan Confederation, as of 3145.[1]
History[edit]
A native of Victoria, with parents who worked as engineers for Shengli Arms, Yan was scared by the experience of having to evacuate his homeworld for Gunther as a teenager, during the Victoria War due to an invasion led by the Second Syrtis Fusiliers.
Enrolling in the Sian Center for Martial Disciplines in order to get revenge on the Federated Suns, he earned a commission in the Second St. Ives Sentinels, going on to be highly decorated for his actions during raids fighting against the Armed Forces of the Federated Suns. Eventually being offered command of the Third Victoria Rangers, Tan led them in the liberation of his homeworld in December 3144, before being posted with them to Jacson where they remained as of December 3145.[1][2]
