Galaxy Commander Loretta Fletcher was a senior officer in Clan Hell's Horses' Omega Galaxy, and Bloodnamed warrior of the Fletcher Bloodhouse, from at least 3145 to 3152.[1][2][3]

Fletcher, at that time a Star Colonel in charge of the Seventh Rangers Cluster, was based on Lackhove as of 3145.[1]
In 3152, during the conquest of worlds in the former Clan Jade Falcon Occupation Zone as part of Operation STAMPEDE, Fletcher and the Seventh Rangers were part of a taskforce sent to assault Barcelona. Finding the world defended by former Clan Jade Falcon warriors calling themselves the Turkina Ascendancy, the Horses were ambushed near the city of Skuld, during which Omega Galaxy's CO Julian Vewas was killed. Taking command of the Horse forces, Loretta Fletcher managed to direct a breakout from the Falcon's attempted encirclement, stabilizing the situation. The two opponents settled into a relative stalemate during the bad weather early in the year on Barcelona, until the improving conditions allowed Fletcher to deploy her aerospace fighters and DropShips, who claimed an air superiority which facilitated a Horse victory by early March.[2]
On the strengthen of this performance in what her Cluster preferred to call "The Great Barcelona Turkina Shoot", despite their own heavy losses, Fletcher was promoted to lead Omega Galaxy.[3]
