Major General Lorraine Sharman was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's XIII Corps from 2759 to at least 2764.[1]
History[edit]
Born to a merchant family, originally based on Andurien, Sharman graduating from Sandhurst Royal Military College in 2737. Due to excellent performance and vocal support for the Star League, she rose through the ranks to be appointed as the CO of XIII Corps in 2759.
This posting was controversial however, as some believed her Andurien sympathies might be a conflict of interest, given XIII Corps' responsibility to keep the peace between the Free Worlds League's Duchy of Andurien and the Capellan Confederation's Andurien Commonality. Despite this, she had the full confidence of her superior Admiral Agathe Feuntiaume, and appeared to keep her unit at a high level of readiness.[1]
