Samir Rajhan was an officer on the Fourth Davion Guards during the last years of the Third Succession War.[1]

When his unit was stationed on Bergman's Planet, he was assigned to cover with his company (two lances) an oasis 100 km from the main Davion Forces. When Draconis Combine forces in the form of Wolf's Dragoons came to the planet for what was the sixth battle for that planet, Jaime Wolf send Natasha Kerensky and his Black Widow Company to capture that same oasis as a first step for which to execute a pincer maneuver against the Fourth. The Widows Recon Lance found the Rajhan's company and lost a Stinger with the pilot being made a prisoner. Later that same day, the full force of the Black Widows came searching for his comrade in arms.[1]
