Star Colonel Sarah Carns was a Bloodnamed Clan Wolf MechWarrior during Operation REVIVAL.[1]

Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, then Star Captain Sarah Carns served in the Alpha First Star of Trinary First Striker within the 11th Wolf Guards Cluster under Star Colonel John Ward. She would survive the fighting on Tukayyid without any injuries.[1]
In the months prior to and after the fighting on Tukayyid, Sarah Carns earned herself considerable attention when she stated that several important passages from the Great Kerensky's, aka Alexander Kerensky's, papers were mistranslated from the original Russian. She stated that both the Crusaders and Wardens had been misinterpreting these passages in their continuing political debate. These conclusions, as well as her skill as a commander, brought her to the attention of John Ward. When John Ward became Galaxy Commander of Delta Galaxy, his first act was to appoint her commander of the 11th Wolf Guards Cluster and thus the rank of Star Colonel.[2]
