Star Colonel Savill Truscott was the commander of the Katyusha Keshik during the attack on Katyusha City by the Dark Caste Retribution Wraiths. Five days after the assault, on 10 April 3076, Star Colonel Truscott was present at a brief meeting held by ilKhan Hannibal Banacek where the Katyusha Keshik's senior officers were ordered to hunt down the Wraiths' accomplices with extreme prejudice.[1]
