Suan Hap Do was a the commanding officer of Third Battalion in the Ninth Benjamin Regulars from 3059 to 3062.[1][2]
History[edit]
He engaged AFFS forces during the 3062 battle for Proserpina, where his unit was destroyed when it was overwhelmed by the First Robinson Rangers, Eighth Crucis Lancers, and the Robinson Battle Academy Training Battalion. He lost his BattleMech[3][2], and most probably his life.[citation needed]

He piloted a PNT-10K2 Panther, serial number DC331-98A that has been in the family for more than 150 years.[3]

The wording just says that the 'mech had been taken from Chu-sa Suan Hap Do, it does not specifically say if he survived or not.
