Torrence Klein was lower-echelon fighter competing in a rare lance-on-lance fights in Boreal Reach. Unknown to him his tech had sabotaged his 'Mech to explode. During the fight they got wind of the Victor Vandergriff vs Michael Searcy mach moving outside the Arena and he along with his team broke through the Arena and left to the streets of Solaris. He was killed during the fights of that night by Drew Hasek-Davion hand when he detonated the bomb after following his movements during the Riot.[1]
