Joyner Kristole was a retired officer of the FWLS Navy in 3068.[1]

He reported to the FWNA that after several incidents in the FWL Admiraly Admiral Heather Alexander had created a special investigation council has been formed to look into the recent failures in the chain of command and recommend paths of correction.
