The 144th Phalanx Cluster was part of the dezgra Psi Galaxy and was based on Orkney, after it was abandoned by Clan Jade Falcon following the Battle of Tukayyid. Over the next decade it repeatedly thwarted Falcon attempts to retake the planet.[1][2]
When Psi Galaxy was disbanded, the 144th Phalanx was transferred to Omega Galaxy. In 3067 it was stationed on Marshall.[3]
In June 3073 the 144th Phalanx was part of the defending Steel Viper for on Foster when Beta Galaxy of Clan Goliath Scorpion assaulted the planet. A Trial of Possession was launched for two of the Viper holdings and the Scorpions were granted safcon.
