The 386th Division was a unit in ComStar's Com Guards.

History

Immediately prior to the Clan Invasion, the regular ranked 386th Division, then a IV-kappa mix referred to by the nickname of The Victors, was assigned to the Sixth Army and was headquartered on the Free Worlds League world of Procyon.[1] The unit's nickname does not refer to any military victory but instead came from the large number of VTR-9A, VTR-9A1 and VTR-9B Victors among the division's assault BattleMechs.[2]

As part of the Sixth Army, the 386th would face Clan Steel Viper during the Battle of Tukayyid. Stationed on the Kozice Ranch Station and Kelly Springs side of the hellish Devil's Bath, the 386th joined the elite First Division in assisting the 321st and 401st Divisions to drive the Steel Viper's Alpha and Gamma and Zeta Galaxies back in retreat.[3][4][5][6]

As of this writing, there is little written detail on the 386th Division after Tukayyid, with no mentioning if the unit had been destroyed, demobilized or had defected to the Word of Blake.
