The 7th Garrison Cluster was a second line Cluster of Clan Smoke Jaguar.
History
Operation Revival
Wave Two
At the conclusion of Wave Two saKhan Sarah Weaver petitioned for and was granted permission by ilKhan Leo Showers to bring forward the Garrison Clusters to hold the recently captured worlds. [1] It appears that the 7th Garrison was one of these Clusters.
Post Tukayyid
The cluster defended Santander's World against a Trial of Possession by the First Bear Guards in July 3052. The trial took place at Santander's Jewel where the 117th Battle Trianry, the 310th Assault Trinary and the Command Supernova of the First fought ferociously against the Seventh. The Bears resorted to contemptible Inner Sphere skulduggery to win the trial prompting saKhan Brandon Howell to complain to the ilKhan. [2] The defeated cluster was redeployed to Outer Volta by 3054, [3] before later moving to Kabah by 3059. [4]
Operation Bulldog
Wave Four
- Kabah - The Cluster was assaulted by the 22nd Dieron Regulars, 34th ComStar Division and the SLDF Nova Cat Lancers. The Cluster held out for a long time against such odds hoping to be picked up by JumpShips returning from Matamoras finally agreeing to Trials of Possession when the commander of the Dieron Regulars convinced them that no rescue was forthcoming. [5] The 333rd Striker Trinary were taken as Bondsmen during the battle and were incorporated into the rolls of the Nova Cat Lancers.[6]
