Assault Tech Industries was formed in the 3120s by Clan Wolf-in-Exile in its effort to enter the general market for BattleMech sales and to compete with Clan Sea Fox. They were established in part through funding from the Lyran Commonwealth, and their production site was located on Donegal. The first product to be released by Assault Tech Industries was the successful Jaguar light 'Mech.[1]
