Overview
Assault Tech Industries was formed in the 3120s as an effort by Clan Wolf-in-Exile to enter into the general market for BattleMechs and to compete with Clan Sea Fox. Assault Tech Industries was established partly through funding from the Lyran Commonwealth, and the first product to be released by Assault Tech Industries was the successful Jaguar light 'Mech.[1]
