History

During the Clan Invasion the Black Omen fought against the Ghost Bears on Damian. Faced with certain destruction, the Black Omen retreated and hid. Once the front-line troops were gone, the Omen wiped out the Assault Trinary that was left as the garrison unit. The Bears, outraged at this behavior and smarting from the loss of a DropShip's worth of troops, arrived on the world and inflicted massive casualties on the Black Omen. The first company was completely destroyed and only the timely arrival of a relief force allowed the other two companies to escape.[1]

The command retreated to Memmingen and again faced the Clans, this time Clan Wolf. They joined forces with another mercenary unit, the Outlaws. They were defeated on Memmingen and relocated to Ueda, where the two commands separated. The Black Omen then went to Outreach to rebuild and get new assignments against the Clans.[1]
