Headquarted on the world of Bountiful Harvest, Bountiful Delicacies earns its money by providing food to the people of the Lyran Commonwealth. Originally, the company was dealing mostly with grains, but by the end of the Third Succession War Bountiful Delicacies had changed their focus to gourmet food items such as the White Hart Truffle and Harvest Caviar.

In their competition with Nashan Foods for greater market share, Bountiful Delicacies branched out into aqua-culture and meat production to keep their edge. However, a blight of Henderson's Ich in 3025 wiped out Boutiful's stock of sturgeon. This put a serious dent in their production of caviar. There were some who blamed Nashan Foods for the blight, but no evidence to support this claim has emerged.
