Colonel Charles K. Winston was the commanding officer of the 21st Striker Regiment of the Eridani Light Horse during the late 30th and early 31st century.[1]

Charles was the commander of the 21st Striker Regiment ("Winston’s Moonrakers"), and his Command Company ("Winston’s Guards")[4], from at least 2998[5] until 3029.[6]
