Chairman Cynthia Rice was an officer and MechWarrior in the Alliance Military Corps during the thirty-first century.[1]

History
By 3054 Cynthia Rice had reached the rank of Chairman, and was serving as the Commanding Officer of the First Battalion of the Alliance Grenadiers, under the overall command of Chairman Janet Rice.[1] Cynthia was still commanding the First Battalion in 3058,[2] but by 3064 the First Battalion was being commanded directly by Janet Rice.[3]

- Although Cynthia Rice shares a surname with Chairman Janet Rice, it has not been confirmed in canon if the two are related.
