Overview
Dominion Facility Kappa-4 was a manufacturing facility located on Goito. It was placed there to avoid an over-concentration of production assets on Alshain. The Ghost Bears used a mobile facility to create the core of the factory.[1] It was a victim of the Bloody Tricentennial attacks, which saw the factory destroyed in late 3080.[2]
