History
In 2764 the McKenna-class battleship[1] SLS Duke of York had served as the flagship of the SLDF Fifth Fleet under the command of Admiral Taro Marrkgrae[2] for the five years.[1] When the 52nd Line Squadron deployed to act as the Fifth Fleet's hammer - the core of the 52nd consisting of the Duke of York's sister vessel, the SLS Sevastopol, and a pair of Texas-class battleships - the Duke of York deployed alongside them, increasing the already considerable firepower deployed.[3]
