Situated approximately 60 light years spinward of the Draconis Combine, Farstar is a small colony world taken by the Federated Commonwealth shortly after the Fourth Succession War. The system is naturally difficult to navigate due to a large asteroid field, so Farstar has proven an ideal base of operations for the DMI and the MIIO, allowing agents to infiltrate the DCMS in poorly staffed or undisciplined units stationed near the Periphery.
